We study a large-$N$ bosonic quantum mechanical sigma-model with spherical target space subject to disordered interactions, more colloquially known as the $p$-spin model. Replica symmetry is broken at low temperatures and for sufficiently weak fluctuations, which drives system into spin glass phase. The first half of this paper dedicated discussion model's thermodynamics, particular emphasis on marginally stable glass. This phase exhibits an emergent conformal in strong coupling regime, dictates its thermodynamic properties. It associated extensive number nearby states free energy landscape. discuss detail elegant approximate solution equations, interpolates between regime ultraviolet-complete short distance solution.
